James and his crew are fantastic. I am in the process of purchasing a home on Lake Washington and hired Aqua Dive Services to inspect the pilings the home and deck are built on. I initially hired a different company and was left with a subpar inspection that was quickly done before the arranged upon time, and my arrival. The report was a one liner that said, all looked good. Not trusting this inspection, I then hired James and Aqua Dive Services. ADS arrived on time, via boat, fully equipped. James directed the diver via radio and observed the dive and inspection via a video camera.
The crew was professional, skilled, and trustworthy. I feel 100% confident in their inspection and have already recommended them to our friends that also live on the lake. These guys are top notch and worth every penny, I only wish I would have chosen them first. Also, I appreciate the comprehensive inspection report and review of the findings. James took time to review the report and made sure that I did not have any further questions. You really get the feeling that these guys love what they do and are experts in their field. I had a great experience and will be hiring them again.
